This piece is made from Red Oak for the frame and ark sides, Western Red Cedar for the Roof and Poplar for all of the figures and the carousel itself. The straps are leather and it is balanced on three small knobs on the bottom to sit level without rocking. All figures are hand painted and sanded smooth, as well as all of the corners are rounded over. Everything is given three coats of clear gloss laquer for durability. This is a wonderful addition to a child's room and everyone who has seen these have fallen in love with them. This piece is approximately 24" tall and about 18" wide.
