This was a custom medicine cabinet made for a friend of mine who wanted something just big enough to go over her toilet without being in the way. It is a little on the shallow side, although that (and any other dimensions) can be adjusted. It is solid red oak, the back is 1/2" baltic birch plywood and it is finished with three coats of polyurethane, inside and out. This was a very solid, well-proportioned piece, and she was extremely happy with it.
