This is not really a "toy" per se. More of a big boy's model. This piece was made for my best friend's birthday (he runs a trucking company) and he was overjoyed with it. The cab is solid oak with walnut for the grille, headlight brackets, air filters, fenders, bumper and fuel tanks. Aromatic red cedar sapwood makes the grille and the exhausts are birch. The trailer is ash and oak with the undercarriage made of walnut. This piece turned out extremely nice and would make a wonderful gift for that "big kid" that just love the big rigs.
