While he is probably not the most sought after custom in the world, he seemed fairly easy to make, and realistically, he was in Batman comics more than the Joker. So what else does he have to do to become immortalized in Mego form?
The head is a Charlee Flatt resin head, painted for me by Dave McCormick. The brown slacks and suspenders came from a Pa Walton (at least there's some use for the Waltons).
The shoes are original Mego Penguin shoes (though repros could have been used). The originals give the custom a certain "authentic" quality about it.
The shirt and tie came from a repro black suit (buy one for 15 bucks, use the shirt here and the pants and coat for Grundy!).
And lastly....the trenchcoat was handmade for me by Dave McCormick. The pattern for the coat came from Cory Wood.
Overall....not real hard for me to make! Dave put in alot more time than me and gets 95% of the credit. Still a nice custom though....it's nice to have a fixture from the Gotham City Police Department.
